  1. Your card will be charged $50 as a deposit for your appointment. You will be refunded if you do not receive services. You will not be refunded if you do not show up to your appointment. You can have this deposit applied to any services you choose to purchase. 

  2. All new and current patients are required to have a credit card on file. All card information is stored securely using bank-grade encryption. You are required to provide a valid credit card even if you will be paying with cash.

  3. We do not accept gift cards, pre-loaded credit cards, or disposable credit cards as your credit card on file.

  4. If you do not provide 24-hour notice of an adjustment or cancellation, there will be a $50 fee charged to your credit card on file.

  5. If your appointment is booked on a Saturday or Sunday, the no-show fee is $100, and failure to provide 24-hour notice may result in the loss of further weekend bookings.

  6. If you provide 24-hour notice of your cancellation you will not receive any charges on your credit card.

  7. If your credit card on file declines, the charge will be placed on your account. Failure to pay your balance will affect your ability to book future appointments. Delinquent accounts may be sent to a collection agency.

  8. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment or consultation a $50 no-show fee may be accessed on your account.
